Mind Body Soul is a fitness and lifestyle program that is like NOTHING you’ve ever seen before. Fully inclusive of personalise programming, personal training, mindset coaching, a positive social media community, tools to measure your progress and macro-prepared meals delivered to your door each week.

 Macro Tailored Food from Active Eating


You will receive hand made and freshly prepared meals delivered right to your door! They meals will be tailored specifically for your macros splits depending on the project that you choose - SHED, SHIFT OR GROW

All food will be made with the same quality as anything else that comes out of the Active Eating kitchen. All meats are organic, grass fed/finished from Primavera Quality Meats. All vegetables are locally sourced and seasonal from Growers Lane. All fish is wild and line caught that day by Partridges Seafood.

All sauces and marinades are made from scratch. We are preservative, additive and gluten free.

All foods chosen have been chosen to help optimise your training, recovery and results.

Personalised Training Program from an experienced coach.

We have put together a team of highly skilled personal trainers from all around Perth, Western Australia.

You will get to choose who you would like to train with (pending availability of training times).

If you are doing 1:1 or 2:1 training your trainer will tailor 12 week training progressions to your specific goals.

You will get a training program to follow when you are solo in the gym and when you are with your Trainer. Your Trainer will be able to tweak/correct different movement patterns for you so that you not only reach your goals faster, but safer as well.

If you have chosen small group training sessions (3-6 people), you will again have a trainer, but you will be running off a program that all the small groups will be adhering to, designed by our Head Coach!

Mind Set Coaching


Earlier on in the year Active Eating became the official Food and Nutrition partner of The Happiness Co.

So it only made sense to bring them on for the Mind | Body | Soul Project! As mind set is a huge part of this next 12 weeks, we will be kicking off with a 21 day Mind Set Project.

You will also have access to pod casts and a treasure trove of info regarding mind set, how to deal with stress, anxiety, depression etc.


21 Day Happiness Challenge

From finding fulfilment in life, to more passion and purpose; the 21 Day Happiness Challenge continues to change lives across Australia and the world. The program pioneered by Happiness Co provides participants with practical tools in self-awareness and growth.

The online program comes complete with homework pillars, live webinars and mentor support. Across the three-week challenge you will be joined by like-minded people with the similar mission to discover missing elements within. We use a non-clinical approach to unhappiness and believe by gaining an understanding of our thoughts, feelings, mindset and motivations; we can recreate the way we behave. You will identify the triggers responsible for creating pain and pleasure in your life and learn the strategies to overcome them. 

Over the next 21 days you will unlock success in the 12 key areas if life. From wealth, relationships, health and self. You will discover ways to increase your motivation and have greater emotional awareness. You’ll discover the art of gratitude and the implication of self-sabotage.

Don't guess what has changed. KNOW what has changed. We have access to some of the most advanced body composition measuring technology around and we will use that to track where you are at before, during and after the project to ensure you are on track and moving towards becoming the best version of yourself. We don't only want you to know where you have changed but understand how it has happened in order to assist in making this a lifelong change.

Closed Facebook Group

Here you will have access to all the trainers and specialists we have on board. You will be able to ask any questions you want and get answers that cover a range of sources as well as we will be regularly throwing out nuggets of info for you. You will learn things like what a certain supplement does and when best to take it if you want to use it. We look at alternative forms of exercise and different techniques that can be used to destress.

Unlimited (not available to the public) access to some of the most outstanding coaches in Perth.

NOTE: Your coach does not need to be in your area (and you do not need to be a member of the gyms) in order to assist you with your program - as long as you are able to travel to your sessions, your casual membership is included in the program.

You will complete a detailed form that gives us all of the information to get started on your tailored plan.

Registrations for the Program must be in by Friday 8th March 2019

You can purchase the full program upfront, or you can split your payments across weekly/fortnightly or monthly direct debit payments.

We did some research and calculations into the average amount that people spend per week on their health/fitness/eating - it came out to be close to $400 and OVER per week - depending on the quality of food you are eating!

Add that cost and the time you spend organising your meals, shopping and prepping…and imagine NOT having to do that!

This purpose of this program is to simplify, streamline and provide you with ONE PLACE to get everything you need to improve your health and happiness.
